Why This Role Matters
What you’d do
Cleans floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
Supervise, assign, and inspect janitorial work to ensure quality standards are met
Train, coach, and support staff; address performance issues as needed
Ensure adequate staffing by monitoring attendance, tardiness, and timecards
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; submit repair and supply requests
Ensure safety by monitoring proper equipment use and adherence to policies
Collaborate with Rehabilitation staff to ensure program plans and accommodations are followed
Assist with interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
Complete required documentation and maintain all required Didlake training

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of custodial experience in a supervisory role
