Technical Salesforce Project Manager
What you’d do
- Own and manage the Salesforce team’s scope of work alongside other Technical Salesforce Project Managers, balancing ongoing feature requests with larger project initiatives.
- Lead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and hypercare.
- Develop clear project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Lead relevant ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift.
- Lead technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader who drives initiatives end-to-end, with Salesforce implementation experience and technical depth to shape design decisions in partnership with developers, backed by excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.
- At least 4 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud.
- Ability to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions.

We are looking for a talented Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join our Delivery Team as part of the Applications & Integrations group. The group is globally responsible for business applications and cross-department integrations within the organization, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business and operational needs. This includes managing Salesforce, our central CRM and business-process platform, which supports our managed customer portfolio and is used by customer-facing teams and other functions across the company.
