Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Hephzibah, GA
At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
What you’d do
Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
Develop and follow individualized care plans
Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

Pay and benefits
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
Shifts: Full-Time Day or Nights with alternating weekends.
