What you’d do
Operate floor machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) safely and efficiently.
Clean and maintain floors and common areas include corridors, restrooms, stairways, lobbies, and other assigned spaces.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs.
Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, replenish supplies, and polish fixtures.
Follow all safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to the supervisor.
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct.
Complete required Didlake training and other duties as assigned.

- The Floor Equipment Operator operates floor care equipment, including scrubbers, burnishers, and polishers, to clean and maintain floors and assigned facility areas under government contracts. This position performs routine custodial duties, completes basic equipment maintenance, follows safety and contract requirements, and supports Didlake’s mission through quality work and teamwork.
- You bring experience operating floor care equipment and performing custodial duties while following safety standards, procedures, and contract requirements. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete quality work while maintaining clean and well-maintained facilities.

- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum six (6) months of experience operating floor machines
