We are a union shop, so employees are paid based on the job they are assigned.$19.77 to $21.92 an hour base rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions) Pay rates are not negotiable.
Our entry-level laborers are essential to the operations of our company and include positions such as: Press Laborer Inspector Packer Sorter Packer Cutter Belt/Saggar Filler
Job Requirements
All candidates must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paid positions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) Must be able to work over-time as required. Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary. Must be able to follow work instruction and to keep accurate records as required. Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records. Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales. Must be able to perform visual quality checks. Must be able to wear required PPE. Job Summary:. Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role. Previous manufacturing and fork lift experience is a bonus, but not required. Will be using various basic tools and equipment. These are not assembly line positions.
