Job Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain agitator trucks safely and efficiently, transporting ready-mix concrete to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant operators, and customers regarding delivery schedules, site conditions, and concrete specifications.
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including dockets, timesheets, and vehicle logs.
Job Qualifications:**
- Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) or HC (Heavy Combination) driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated experience operating agitator trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
