Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time – 100% Remote)
Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50–$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000–$3,000+/week) Type: Hourly + Performance Bonuses | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule

We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop.
Whether you’re experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we’ll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
What you’d do
Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation

- Weekly Pay Training: $15/hr → $17.50–$20/hr once fully onboarded Bonuses: $1,000–$3,000+ weekly potential (based on performance) 100% Remote: Work from anywhere Flexible Schedule: Create your own hours (some weekends required) Quarterly Travel to Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Cleveland & an out of country retreat each winter season
Preferred
- Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!) Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven Tech-savvy and organized while working independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn
