Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Company: Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time Location: In-person – Charlotte, North Carolina Pay: $18-25 per hour Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

What you’d do

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Collect and record accurate session data

Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Required and preferred

Required

  • Current RBT Certification (required)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
  • Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)

Not labelled by employer

  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
