We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities for major mission-critical and data center projects in KSA.
The role will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring contractor compliance, reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), supporting NCR management, maintaining quality records, and ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable quality standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on QA/QC experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or mission-critical projects and a practical understanding of ISO 9001, inspection processes, NCRs, quality documentation, and construction quality requirements.

What you’d do
bullet
Conduct QA/QC inspections and surveillance activities across assigned construction works.
bullet
Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, method statements, procedures, and applicable quality standards.

Perform FOK, installation, PUE, and other required project quality inspections.
bullet
Review and monitor contractor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) , checklists, inspection requests, and supporting quality records.
bullet
Witness inspections and testing activities in accordance with approved ITPs.
bullet
Identify non-conforming work and support the preparation and issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) .
bullet
Monitor NCRs through corrective action and closure and escalate unresolved or recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Manager.
bullet
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
bullet
Monitor workmanship, materials, installations, and construction activities for compliance with project requirements.
bullet
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, discipline engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Review material inspection requests, work inspection requests, test records, certificates, and related quality documentation.
bullet
Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, NCR logs, punch lists, and supporting evidence.
bullet
Support internal and external quality audits and surveillance activities.
bullet
Identify recurring quality issues, trends, and areas of concern and report them to the QA/QC Manager.

Assist in preparing quality KPIs, reports, dashboards, and project quality statistics.
bullet
Support testing, commissioning, punch-list closeout, handover, and final quality documentation.
bullet
Verify completion and availability of quality records required for system and project handover.

Promote compliance with the Project Quality Management Plan and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Support implementation of the Project Quality Management System across assigned work packages.
Required and preferred
Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering , or a related engineering discipline.
- bullet
- Relevant QA/QC engineering experience on construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or major capital projects.
