Seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to coordinate, manage, and report on construction activities for mission‑critical facilities.
The Sr. Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing, and reporting on construction activities for mission‑critical facilities. This individual provides consistent project controls, schedule oversight, financial tracking, and technical coordination across multiple stakeholders. This is a role requiring strong communication, tech-savviness, and reporting skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of commercial/industrial construction or mission critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar)‑critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar)
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead daily on‑site construction oversight for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings on a data center campus
- Review and validate the GC's full construction schedule, including monthly forecasts, CPM updates, and detailed look‑ahead plans.
- Participate in and/or lead weekly schedule coordination meetings with the GC, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and direct vendors.
- Manage OFCI equipment lifecycle including scheduling, logistics planning, delivery oversight, inspection, and installation tracking.
- Coordinate commissioning schedules and ensure alignment with construction progress and equipment readiness.

Salary Range
$150,000 — $225,000 USD
