Position Overview
The Mid-level Agile Interface / Integration Engineer (Cloud) applies foundational systems engineering and troubleshooting skills to support routine interface maintenance and configuration monitoring. Working as part of an integrated Agile team, this position supports data flow mapping, tracks delivery logs, and utilizes standardized project management tools to facilitate rapid testing and cross-platform communication.

- Ecosystem Collaboration Support: Assists senior engineering staff in gathering interface documentation, checking API endpoints, and verifying code connections with external developers inside Vendor or related vendor ecosystems.
- Data Flow & Interface Mapping: Documents basic interface requirements, tracks system data flow designs, and reviews application performance against established open system architecture benchmarks.
- Administrative Delivery & Log Tracking: Assists in monitoring delivery logs and tracking release schedules against scheduled outage windows to preserve enterprise operational continuity.
- JIRA & Confluence Maintenance: Fully participates in pure Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) on a fixed two-week sprint cadence. Uses JIRA daily to maintain task status and document configuration modifications.

Required
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Experience executing core system integration checks, testing user workflows, and mapping data schemas. Practical knowledge using GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow workflows.
- Clearance & Compliance: Active TS/SCI security clearance for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB. Familiarity with fundamental DoD IT infrastructure and security compliance concepts.
