Associate clinicians who anticipate obtaining full licensure on or before July 1, 2027, are encouraged to apply. We'd love to support your transition to full licensure.

Location : Onsite at our Portland office Position Type : Full-Time, W-2 Employee Client Caseload : Full-Time is defined as a 28-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 28 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status. You're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

Background Check Requirement A background check will be performed on all hires, post offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. What We Offer Benefits and Compensation: Competitive Compensation : Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways associates make from $67,158.00 to $84,708.00 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar. Your earning potential is up to you. Growth Opportunities : Associates who remain with Brightways through licensure, receive a pay and benefits increase upon licensure. Our licensed clinicians earn a range of $76,032 to $120,960, depending on schedule. Supportive Environment : We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment to help you thrive in your career. Flexible Schedule Work Life Balance Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO through out the year. For each week a clincian sees 25 clients, they earn additional PTO towards those extra two weeks. Clinicians can earn additional PTO during any week they reach 25 client sessions. Additional Benefits Include Health Insurance- Employer contributions towards Medical, dental, and prescription insurance with acupuncture and chiropractic through Professional Benefits Services and dental/orthodontia coverage through Moda Health (available the 1st of the month following start date), HDHP w/ HSA. FSA- Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Supplemental Insurance- Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Accident and Hospital Insurance offered through Aflac. Retirement/401(k)- Employer matching of up to 4% of pay for eligible employees after one year of service. Optional Licensure Supervision Stipend - Brightways offers a monthly stipend of $150 for outsourced licensure supervision.
