The Senior Manager / Director Sales - Europe serves as the primary commercial interface for assigned product lines and works closely with Business Units, Product Management, Service, Process Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer success and achieve revenue objectives.
What you’d do
The Senior Manager / Director Sales - Europe reports to the GM – Regional Sales & Service and is responsible for driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and account management and execution for strategic semiconductor customers. The role owns day-to-day account management, commercial activities, sales planning, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of ASM's product and service sales strategy.
- Develop and execute account plans to support sales growth and market share expansion.
- Own commercial engagement for assigned product lines within a strategic customer account.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational, engineering, and procurement stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, share gain opportunities, and competitive displacement strategies.
- Lead sales campaigns for new systems, upgrades, and service offerings.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
