About us: Camelot Care Center is a skilled pediatric nursing facility located in Logansport, Indiana. Camelot Care Center is seeking a compassionate Central Supply Coordinator to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role: Camelot Care Center is seeking a Central Supply Coordinator to- Maintain accurate inventory levels for medical, respiratory, and nursing supplies Monitor par levels and ensure availability of critical respiratory items (e.g., trach supplies, vent circuits, suction equipment) Order supplies through approved vendors and manage backorders or substitutions Track supply usage trends and adjust ordering based on resident acuity and census changes Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and infection control standards Coordinate maintenance, tracking, and availability of respiratory and medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, oxygen concentrators, suction machines) Respond to urgent supply needs to support uninterrupted resident care Maintain documentation and records related to inventory, ordering, and equipment tracking Communicate consistently with nursing, respiratory therapy, and administration regarding supply needs and issues

About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience: High school graduate or its equivalent. Experienced with computers and Microsoft Office programs (excel and word). General office equipment knowledge Proficient use of written and verbal English Positive, outgoing personality, must enjoy interaction
