International Decor Consultant (F/M)

Job Description This role is focused on building relationships with major furniture industry customers in Poland and abroad, presenting new decor collections and following market trends. The role involves regular travel, with around 2–3 days per week spent visiting customers and attending industry trade fairs. The remaining time is based in our showroom. Key Responsibilities: Promote and present the company’s decor range to major international furniture sourcing companies and key B2B customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with Polish and international clients. Travel regularly to meet customers and support projects, primarily within Poland, but also internationally. Prepare and deliver professional product and design presentations. Analyse customer needs, market trends, colour trends, and material trends. Support the development of decor concepts, colour combinations, material combinations, and product presentations. Support the adaptation of decor collections to the expectations of strategic customers. Provide practical input in solving product, design, or project-related challenges. Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, fairs, presentations, and business trips.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Passion for interior design, industrial design, colour theory, and material combinations. Experience in sales, product management, business development, or customer-facing project work. Strong presentation and communication skills. Practical, solution-oriented approach to customer needs. Ability to work with high-profile international customers. Professional appearance and business maturity. Technical mindset and ability to understand product-related requirements. Readiness to travel extensively. Independence, reliability, and strong organisational skills.
