Wage Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week

Shifts: Days, Monday - Friday

Status: Permanent Full-time

Closing Date: Open until closed Duties and Responsibilities: Assembly Operations: Perform the assembly of the medical devices in a clean manufacturing space (CMS) and general manufacturing area following the work instructions. Perform chemical solution mixing and filling used in a clean room Perform tests on the products, record the results, and report non-conforming products Investigate issues encountered in the manufacturing of medical devices and solution filling process Package the products Embrace and Maintain 5S-Housekeeping Initiatives Prepare, clean, and stock raw materials/parts in CMS and other dedicated manufacturing areas Preparation of raw material stock in the clean room for running production smoothly. Keep track of inventory and performs cycle count activities on demand or on a regular frequency. Assist with shipping and receiving Perform the maintenance & cleaning of Manufacturing equipment and daily/weekly/monthly clean-ups of the manufacturing area (Clean room, CMS and General manufacturing area) Follow all safety procedures established by Supervisor Perform all work according to the company’s quality management system Sundry duties as required or assigned by Management Quality Assurance: Perform QC inspections for incoming materials Perform routine in-process and end-of-line QC inspections Ensure proper completion of all related QA & QC records
