Direct Care Professional- Multiple Shifts Available

We are actively hiring Direct Care Professionals for multiple residential shifts supporting youth in our care. Current Openings: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7am–3pm 2nd Shift A: Sunday 10am–10pm, Monday–Wednesday 2pm–10pm 2nd Shift B: Wednesday–Friday 2pm–10pm, Saturday 10am–10pm 3rd Shift B: Thursday 10pm - 8am, Friday & Saturday 10pm - 10am Overview: Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth. What You’ll Do: Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines

Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches

Maintain a safe, structured environment

Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities

Transport youth to appointments and community activities

Administer medications (as trained)

Document daily interactions and incidents

Pay & Benefits: $18.00 – $20.82/hour

Retention bonuses up to $1,000

Requirements: 21+ years old

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass background check and drug screen
