Job Description Reporting to the Surveillance Centre Supervisor, the Video Surveillance Agent is responsible for monitoring company facilities, handling incoming alarms and calls, and conducting video analysis as needed. Responsibilities : Monitor company facilities using video surveillance systems; Perform basic checks of video surveillance equipment; Create and manage access controls; Receive, manage and route telephone calls; Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals; Alert and coordinate emergency services when required; Prepare required reports; Work closely with investigators and conduct video analysis as needed.

Qualifications To join our team : You are available to work various shifts, including day, evening and night shifts; You hold a BSP – Electronic Security Systems licence, or are willing to complete the required training after being hired; Security experience is an asset; You are bilingual in French and English; You hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
